Communion
Communion is a special time to reflect on the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. FAC celebrates communion approximately 8 times each year. If you are a disciple of Jesus Christ, we invite you to join us in celebrating communion.
How do I know if I am a disciple of Christ? The prerequisite for belonging to the body of Christ lies not in membership, but in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
How do I become a disciple of Christ?
Repent – Believe – Receive
First, admit your need (I am a sinner separated from God-see illustration) and turn from your sins (Repent) (Acts 3:19)
Second, believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the grave. (Believe) (John 3:36)
Then, through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life through the Holy Spirit (Receive Him as Savior and Lord) (John 1:12)
